(10G-SFP-300-MS) 10G Base SR Compatible Transceiver10G-SFP-300 is a multi-rate 10GBASE-SR SFP+ transceiver operating at 850 nm over multimode fiber, with one part number covering Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, 1G to 10G Fibre Channel, and STM-64 SDH workloads on a single SFP+ port. Reach is 300 m on OM3 (2000 MHz·km) and 400 m on OM4 or OM5 (4700 MHz·km), within a 6.1 dB optical link budget. Supported data rate envelope is 1.25 Gbps to 11.32 Gbps per SFF-8431, so the same module rate-selects to 1000BASE-SX on dual-rate SFP+ ports without swapping optics. DDM reports TX/RX power, temperature, supply voltage, and laser bias current to the host. IEEE 802.3ae Clause 52, SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and SFP MSA conformant.
